In over 10 years of writing and research on natural health, I’ve never found anything as powerful as fasting.

I’ve experimented with different fasts, both long and short. And they’ve all brought me tremendous health benefits.

No natural therapy has a more potent anti-inflammatory effect than fasting.

There’s so much hype in the natural health world, where words like “rejuvenate” have often been overused.

But in the case of fasting, we can indeed say that fasting leads to a complete reset of the immune system. And it only takes a short fast to do this, if you know how to do it correctly.

Fasting is also often the best way to heal from auto-immune conditions.

But one of the greatest benefits of fasting is related to mental health and well-being.

This is personally what I’ve experienced through my many short or long fasts. I get such a “high” every time, and I feel my energy and spirit is lifted.

Fasting can be on water or juices — and it can be short, long or intermittent.

It’s not a one-size-fits-all.

But one thing is certain, you don’t go into any type of fasting program without proper knowledge.
