Easy Tip to Help Manage Food Combining

Do you ever feel bloated like a hot air balloon after eating? Or sluggish and heavy?

Many of us do – and even though it’s common, feeling digestive discomfort or fatigue after eating isn’t normal.

In fact, after you eat, you should feel energized, refreshed, and ready to take on the world.

So, if you suffer from annoying symptoms that make you regret the last meal you ate, your body might benefit from following some effective food combining rules.

Raw food combining is fairly simple concept and it has the power to change your relationship with food, if done properly.

In my program, Health for Life, I go to great lengths to simplify these rules and make them easy and doable for everyone.

One easy guideline to remember is:

– Food combines best when they are of similar water content.

Understanding this concept would facilitate at first glance whether you think foods should be consumed together or not.

I noticed that, in many cases, these rules work in conjunction with our instincts, as we wouldn’t find those foods appetizing mixed together either way – such as combining bananas with oranges for instance.

The good news is that by eating a simple and plant based raw diet, we automatically avoid most improper food combinations.
