One of the biggest myths the medical establishment tries to impose on the wider population is the notion you can’t do anything to boost your immunity against viruses and other diseases. And if they do accept there may be some truth behind this idea, they keep the matter quiet.

When was the last time you discussed the role of the immune system, or what can you do to boost your immunity through natural means with your doctor? Not often – if ever, right? Doctors have almost laughed at me every time I suggested it.

Well… After all, that’s not what the medical profession are here for. Big Pharma make its money through selling you drugs, not educating the public on disease prevention.
Furthermore, physicians are not taught nutrition at medical school, which is rather scandalous, if you ask me.

Healthy people don’t make money, only sick people do. This is why much of government’s health funds are geared towards finding “cures” – through the use of drugs obviously, and not on the important matters of prevention.

Having a strong immune system is not good for business, it seems. This is not some conspiracy theory of such, but the sad reality of the world we live in.

Our immune system’s vital role is to defend our bodies against disease by fighting infection; hence it is imperative we should take great care of it. Wouldn’t you agree?

Eating the right diet is a major part of leading a healthy lifestyle.

The immune system, the blood, the fluids that bathe the tissues, can be markedly influenced by the nutrients available to the body. In other words, the health of our cells and tissues depends upon the quality of the nutrients available to them.

When these nutrients are altered or destroyed through processing, refining, cooking, etc., the health of the cells within the entire organism will decline as a result.

Food is our best medicine, which is why it’s essential we consume foods that are rich in vitamins and minerals.

Most of the world’s population are deficient in these essential nutrients either due to poor diet choices, or because they haven’t been educated on which foods can fuel your body.

Guess which foods have the richest content of vitamins and minerals? Yes, you have guessed it: raw fruits and vegetables!

This is why you hear many stories of people overcoming diseases by eating raw, plant based diets.

Halting, and even reversing, conditions such as cancer, heart disease, diabetes, depression, arthritis, asthma, skin problems, candida, fibromyalgia, anxiety, eating disorders, fatty liver, joint pain, sleeping disorders, etc. have all been documented by following a low fat, raw vegan diet.

Coronavirus, HIV, and other diseases are no different. Viruses and germs appear and flourish only where there is sufficient toxic matter for them to feed on; they cannot feed on healthy living tissue. This also explains why some people are infected with viruses but don’t develop diseases.

The best way to fight disease is by educating yourself.

I have never been anti-medicine per se, and neither I am against doctors or the medical profession, though I do think there is plenty of room for improvement in these areas.

I believe taking medicine to combat disease should be just like going to war – the very last resort.
