I’ve just come back from my friend’s 39th birthday party. During his birthday lunch my friend ate a starter, a main course and a dessert, and consumed roast chicken, roast potatoes, sauces and gravy, puddings and cheesecake, foods that many people commonly eat on the SAD (Standard American Diet).
Do you want to know what upset me? My friend suffers from heart disease and I am tired of talking to him about the real solution to his problem. Like most people he seems to think that the status quo is fine, meaning he can eat whatever he wants and behave in the way he wants, then when he gets sick, the doctor will give him some drugs and he will be fine again.

The medical profession doesn’t study natural health, they don’t do health care, they do disease care. But disease is NOT the illness. What the medical profession calls disease is a collection of symptoms that represent the body’s attempt to heal itself! The real illness is intoxication as a consequence of eating the wrong foods and living the wrong lifestyle.
So in order to heal your heart, as well as most diseases, the solution lies in eating a natural diet and adopting the correct lifestyle. It is not about taking drugs. Drugs don’t cure, they merely suppress symptoms.
I am very proud of humanity’s achievements, our predecessors already conceived a system of healthcare that works, but isn’t called Medicine, it’s called Natural Hygiene and you should look out for it, before it is too late.
